When completing and monitoring compliance tasks it's important that you are informed of crucial moments, for example, when results come back, or if there is any extra attention required on your part.
Our newest release enables agents to receive tailored emails daily. This means you can come into work in the morning, check your inbox, and see exactly what needs to be done with your compliance before you even log onto the product.
These emails will show a snapshot of the last 24 hours in the product, and can show any new flags, outstanding activities and new activity key results
Please note - You have to enable Notifications & enable some notification topics to receive these emails.
Enabling Notifications
To configure and enable the daily notifications emails, Select the three dots to update your profile, and toggle to "Receive Notifications"
You can then choose from the following topics:
- New Flags - Flags are added to draw your attention to specific pieces of data
- New Outstanding Activities - Outstanding case activities require your input to progress, e.g. confirming DBS Applicants Identity
- New Activity Key Results - Key results are added to surface the most important data from completed case activities
Once you have enabled notifications & selected some topics, simply save, and then 8am every day you will receive an email to your inbox, tailored with the information you need to know!
Notification Emails
Below is an example of an email that shows how many key results have been added (for example, how many DBS checks have been completed) in the last 24 hours. You are able to load the full list by clicking "See more" to load the Activity Results List Page
Notification Topics
New Flags
This will show how many cases have had flags added in the last 24 hours, along with a small selection of affected cases as an example. Clicking "See More" will bring you into the product, with a filtered list to show all cases with active flags.
New Outstanding Activities
Enabling this will show how many applications have been moved into outstanding activities in the last 24 hours. This is a fantastic way of monitoring applications that require your input to submit. For example, DBS checks that need to be ID Verified.
Again, enabling this feature will show how many case activities require action from you as an agent from the last 24 hours, and a small subsection of these applications. When you click "See More" it will take you to the Outstanding Case Activities page in the Product
New Activity Key Results -
Enabling this will ensure you are kept up to date on how many key results have come through in the last 24 hours. Selecting "See More" will take you to the "Activity Results" page, another new feature you can read about here
