Within 1 hour of purchasing your check, you will receive either 2 or 3 emails depending on the Council you are working for. The email from [email protected] will contain a username and password. It will also contain the following link:

You need to follow this link. Copy the login details across and click login. You will then be asked to agree to our terms and conditions. Once you have agreed, you will see a screen with a button that says, ‘Start Application’.
