When sending your ID documents to us you need to take pictures of the documents and then send them to us using one of the following methods:

Please make sure you do not send your documents as a reply to the email with your login details.
When we receive your ID documents, we will send you an email or message via WhatsApp to confirm. Within 24 hours you will receive your tracking information (E-Reference Number) via email. Please DO NOT call to confirm.
If you don’t receive a confirmation email in 24 hours, please check the contact details used and resend. Before you do this, please check your junk/spam folder. We may have raised a query about your documents.
We cannot reply if you send your documents by post. If you choose to post your documents, please send via recorded delivery for your own security.
We strongly advise not sending your documents via post as this increases the time it takes to process your application.
