You will only receive the link to join your Trust2Ride within 2 hours of the session start time. If you haven’t received it before this point do not worry. 

If the session has nearly started and you still haven’t got a link to join, please email [email protected] with the following details:

Full name

Order email address

Date of booking

Name of licensing authority

Once we have this information we can investigate why you haven’t received a link.
