To start a compliance process on a Subject/Driver, you need to create a Case. A Case is like a folder that holds the result of individual screening activities we conduct.
Creating a Case is now quick and easy within the Product, due to the preconfigured Processes on your account.
How Do I Create a Case?
To start, navigate to "Cases" in the menu.
You will see a "Add Case" button on the top right, click this to begin.
You will be asked for the Subject's email address. If they are already in the product you will be able to select them from this stage, if they are a new Subject, you will then be asked for their first and last name.
Next, you will select the Process you wish to assign to them, confirm that the details are correct, and create the Case.
The Subject will then receive an email asking them to create a password and continue with their application form.
