A Subject is someone (or something) who needs a Compliance process started on them.

With the current features of our system, this is your current drivers, new drivers, operators, anyone who you need to start a Process on.

In the future this could include premises, vehicles, and more. So we aimed to simplify this into one term, Subjects.
