What are Flags?
A Flag is a "request for human attention".
They are neither good nor bad, they just notify you that there is something on a Case that requires attention.
It is important to remember that:
- not everything flagged will be negative
- not everything negative will be flagged
It is important to keep on top of your own data and not overly rely on this system, it is an automatic prompt - a way of organising workload & getting attention on potentially important information quickly.
Flag Views
There are three ways to view flags:
Top Bar Indicator
At the top right of the page, the following icon will show. If there are flags to review, it will be orange and show how many active flags there are.
Clicking this will open a modal showing the most recent flags in date order. From here you will be able to access the Case Detail screen for the Flagged Case Activity.
Case Detail Screen
Flags will show on the top right of the Case Activity.
Orange Flags show that there is a Flag that requires attention
Grey Flags are cleared Flags and have already been actioned. These can be reactivated if required.
Filter Case List View
There is the option to filter the Case List View to only show flagged Cases. This can be used to organise workloads around flags.
