What are Registration Portals?
Registration Portals are a way for Subjects to initiate, and pay for, their own Cases. This is an alternative to the Add Case button that Agents use to start a Case.
What do Registration Portals Consist of?
Registration Portals consist of:
- a Unique URL - This is the link that the Subject would use to complete a Registration Portal. This can either be sent to them or added to your website.
- Customer Logo - There is the option to add your logo to a Registration Portal. To arrange this contact a member of the Personnel Checks team.
- Intro Text - This is fully customisable text that introduces the Subject to the Registration Portal and explains what to do.
- Account Creation - Where the Subject either logs in with their existing account, or creates a new account to proceed
- Payment - Where the Subject pays for the Case
- Outro Text - This shows before the Subject begins the case. It is fully customisable, and a good place to mention any extra steps the Subject needs to take.
- Confirmation Email - The Subject will then receive a payment confirmation email, and an email with a copy of the Outro Text and a link to log in and proceed, should they wish to come back to the Case at a later date.
