When a Subject User is created, an email with instructions will be sent to the email address specified during account set up.
The email will direct the Subject to follow a link, where they will be asked to create a password for their account.
Once the password has been created, the user will be directed to the login page, where they will be asked to enter their username (this is their email address) and password.
Once they’ve logged in, any outstanding Cases will appear on their Dashboard. The Subject simply clicks the relevant Case. This will open the Case, and they will be prompted to enter the required information.
