Awaiting Subject audit log entry and flag

Due to be released on 01/06/2026.

For additional visibility and to help you support and manage your Subject Cases, we have extended the audit log and flag features within Personnel Checks.


Case audit history

The Case audit history now shows the initial reason a Case entered the Awaiting Subject state. This helps quickly identify what information is outstanding.


New “Incomplete Case portal” flag

Cases that are Awaiting Subject for more than 14 days will now be automatically flagged as an Incomplete Case Portal.


Incomplete Case Portal error message

If a Subject attempts to submit their Case portal without all the required information, they will receive an error message outlining exactly what is missing, allowing them to correct this before submitting.
