Some details can be changed directly on a Subject account by the Subject user. To be able to change these details they must first log in to the web app.

Once logged in, navigate to the three dots in top right-hand corner of the screen. Click these dots and a small menu will appear, then click ‘Edit Profile’.

On this screen the following details can be amended:

  • Full Name
  • Phone number
  • DOB

Subjects can only change their DOB if the account is less than 60 days old and there are no In Progress or Completed Cases on their account. If these criteria aren’t met, then the Subject will need to contact our team directly on letstalk@personnelchecks.co.uk to get this changed.

 

Changing Details on Case Portals

In some cases, a Subject will need to amend details in a Case Portal. To do this, log into a Subject account and select the relevant Case Portal from the Dashboard.

Once the Case Portal has been opened, simply amend the required information and then save or submit the Case.

Only Case Portals that haven’t been submitted can be amended in this way.
