User email addresses underpin much of the functionality of the Personnel Checks/TaxiPlus web app. This makes it vitally important that the correct email address is set up on your account.


Whether you are a Customer User or a Subject User, the process for changing your email address is broadly the same.

If you are a Subject User, the team will send you a form to complete asking you to confirm your personal details and the reason for the change. Once this has been completed, the team will verify the information and either update the email address or contact you for further information.


If you are a Customer User, we will update the email address as requested.
